Refunds and withdrawal
These rules cover the 14-day withdrawal right, checkout consent, and how we refund a payment.
Who this covers
These rules apply to every product we publish. NDPMV is the name on bank statements for this trader. Registered trade name: NeuralDrift.
You buy a plan, not a standalone product. A refund, if we issue one, covers that plan.

Try before you pay
Use the Free tier before you pay, so you can see if a product fits your desk, venue, or host application.
NDPMV is a digital service. There is no physical shipment and no return of goods.
Statutory withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from a paid purchase.
NDPMV is digital content and an online service. Checkout on pay.ndpmv.org will ask you to consent to immediate delivery.
If you give that consent and paid access starts, you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for that purchase. Checkout will state this before you pay.
The checkbox is not ticked by default. We store the time of consent and the terms version shown.
If you refuse immediate delivery, we do not start paid access until the 14 days end, and you keep the withdrawal right during that period.
Business customers and other non-consumers have no statutory withdrawal right.
How a refund is paid
If paid access is not yet active, we refund the amount you paid.
Refunds go back through the original Mollie payment method.
After paid access starts with your consent, we do not refund unused days, except where law requires it or we agree in writing.
A refund does not restore files that you deleted from a cloud library or from your device.
Cancel is not a refund
Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid.
We do not refund the remaining time in a paid period after you cancel, except where law requires it.
Goodwill
Separately from the statutory right, we can refund a first paid period as a goodwill act if you ask within 14 days of the first charge.
We are not required to do this. We decide each request. Heavy use of paid features can lead us to refuse a goodwill refund.
Chargebacks
Contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
An unjustified chargeback can lead to suspension of the account and recovery of the payment-provider costs, to the extent that law permits.
How to ask
Send a refund or withdrawal request through the contact form, or email info@ndpmv.org.
State your name, the email used at checkout, the payment date, and why you ask.
We aim to answer within 14 days.
